Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:

Enquiries: your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us in your message.

Coaching clients: your contact details, appointment and payment information, and any notes or other records you keep as part of the coaching relationship.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through a general website enquiry form unless it is needed for your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide coaching, manage appointments and payments, maintain appropriate business records, and send our newsletter if you have signed up for it.
We use information about website visits to understand how the site is used and improve it, where the relevant analytics settings and cookie choices allow us to do so.
We rely on different legal grounds for these activities. We use your information to take steps you request before entering a coaching agreement and to provide coaching under that agreement. We use consent for newsletter emails where required, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may also need to retain certain information to meet legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.
Signing up for the newsletter is separate from making an enquiry or becoming a coaching client. We will not add you to the newsletter simply because you contact us.
Coaching information
Coaching conversations can include personal and sensitive subjects. Enquiries that do not become coaching clients: 2 years.

Payment and accounting records: 10 years.

Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe, subject to retaining a limited record of your opt-out so we can respect it.
We then delete or securely dispose of information unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
How we protect information
